It was 24th Jan 2011, sometimes known as ‘Blue Monday’ but generally seen as the most depressing day in the year. I’d just heard my best mate had now become agoraphobic and couldn’t make his AA meetings. I read a line in a book I was reading about mentally hitting a roadblock. Hard Time Lately was the outcome.
